Richard Quashigah: NPP makes illogical, ugly noises

The National Propaganda Secretary of the ruling NDC, Richard Quashigah has accused the opposition NPP of making illogical, ugly noises by accusing the ruling government of contributing to the chaos that has attended the local level elections.
